1. About Forre

Forre is a community platform that helps women find athletic wear that fits their body, using measurements and fit reviews shared by real users. By using Forre, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Forre is a discovery and recommendation platform, not a retailer. We do not hold inventory, process payments, or fulfil orders. When you click a product link, you are taken to the brand's own website where their terms and conditions apply. Forre is not responsible for product quality, pricing, delivery, or returns — contact the retailer directly for those matters.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account
• One account per person

3. Your content (reviews & measurements)

When you submit a review or fit profile, you grant Forre a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content to provide and improve our service.

You agree that your reviews are:

• Based on genuine, first-hand experience with the product
• Honest and not misleading
• Not submitted in exchange for payment, gifting, or incentive from a brand
• Free from offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

4. Affiliate links

Product links on Forre may be affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the platform and keep it free. Our recommendations are based on community fit data — not commission rates.

5. Fit data & recommendations

Fit recommendations on Forre are based on user-submitted measurements and reviews. They are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that a product will fit you, and we are not liable for purchases made based on our recommendations. Sizing can vary by individual, fabric, and washing.

6. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from Forre
• Submit fake reviews or measurements
• Use the service to promote competing products or services
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without written consent

7. Limitation of liability

Forre is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including purchases made through affiliate links.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting hello@forre.co.uk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
