Built for a narrower hip-to-waist ratio than the UK average. Seamless ranges (Vital, Flex) have good four-way stretch and are the most forgiving. Structured ranges (Adapt, Training) have almost no give — size for your hips and expect excess at the waist.
Watch out for
Waistband rolling for pear shapes who size up for hip room. Hip and thigh pull in woven ranges for anyone with hips above 40". Not recommended for apple shapes in the Adapt range.
